Prescription Drug Discount Card (Universal Rx Card)
This is a discount saving program available to every certificate/policy holder of "Patriot Travel" and "Patriot Go Travel" plans.
This program allows card member to purchase prescriptions at one of over 35,000 participating pharmacies in the U.S. and
receive the lower of 1) Universal Rx contract price or 2) the pharmacy regular retail price. This always assures the card member
receives the lowest price!
This discount program is not Insurance coverage. It is purely a discount program to purchasers of "Patriot Travel" or "Patriot
Go Travel" plan. Use of this discount card does not guarantee that prescribed is covered under the Insurance benefit plan.
- Print Prescription Drug Card - This link will take you to a new screen where you can fill out the required
information such as Certificate Number and Date of Birth of insured person. Then click on Get My ID Card only once. After
that you would see another drop down menu Card Type, please select prescription and again click on Get My ID Card.
Please print this Universal Rx Card and use this card when you purchase prescription drug(s).
- Participating Pharmacy List - You can view a list of participating pharmacies. You can also Locate The Participating
Chain Pharmacy nearest to you.
